We thought it may be nice to introduce you to the IGL Team and what a team it is!
IGL Coatings has been within the UK since 2016 however was taken over by a new distributor in August 2023.
Alex - Director
The New IGL Coatings UK Director is Alex Wood, he has years of experience within the automotive, residential, industrial and commercial coating sectors.
Alex is the owner of an active car detailing company as well as a residential and industrial protection company. Alex has been with IGL coatings for 8 years and brings a wealth of knowledge on each product that is sold.
His favourite hobby outside car care is a strange one … Dog training! You didn’t see that coming did you!
Jess - Website & Marketing
Our brand new website is designed and maintained by Jess. Jess has over 7 years experience in web design, graphics, social media and marketing for companies around the world, with a lot of experience across different sectors.
Jess is responsible for the stunning website you are shopping on today and assists in the day to day running of IGL UK including working with our accredited detailing network to assist them in growing their social media presence, website and becoming more efficient.
Outside of IGL Jess loves modified cars and dogs! Her stunning Siberian Husky keeps the team entertained with her crazy day to day antics.
Amy - Social Media
IGL Coatings UK Social media advisor is Amy Alcorn. Amy has recently completed various media and marketing courses to bring some fresh ideas to IGL Coating within the UK and works with Jess on a daily basis to help boost the brand within the UK.
Amy’s day to day business includes Instagram and Facebook engagement and sharing the incredible work completed by our accredited detailers.
Yes you guessed it … Amy too is a dog lover and enjoys completing personal protection training with her best pal Indie the two year old German shepherd!
